How to Migrate Zoho Mail to Gmail

  10. Enter your Zoho email address. Make sure that you uncheck “Treat as an alias”. Click Next.

  12. In the next window that appears, for the SMTP server, enter zoho.com > change the port value to 465 > enter your Zoho credentials > click Add Account.

  14. You will receive an email to your Zoho account, click on the link received in the email to confirm.

  16. Click on the Settings icon and then click Email Forwarding and POP/IMAP.

  18. Click Add email address, enter your Gmail address > click Add.

  20. You will receive a confirmation email in your Gmail account; click the link received in the email to confirm.

  22. Enter the confirmation code in your Zoho mail account to verify the migration.

  24. On performing all the above steps in a correct manner, the emails that are sent to Zoho Mail will also be sent to your Gmail Address automatically.

2nd Manual Method to migrate Zoho Mail to Gmail

  1. Login to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on (gear icon) to open the Settings page.

  6. In section Send mail as, click make default option beside the Zoho mail account.

On performing the above steps, it will make the Zoho Mail account as primary account and all your data will be automatically transferred to the Gmail account.

3rd Manual Method to import Zoho Mail to Gmail Account

  1. Login to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on (gear icon) to open the Settings page.

  • Import mail
  • Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server
  • Archive incoming messages (Skip the Inbox)
  • Add label to all imported mail: Zoho mail
