3. On the ribbon, navigate to the Move group and select More Move Actions > View in Browser.
4. If you are using Outlook’s simplified ribbon, this option comes under the overflow menu. Select the three dots, then Actions > Actions > View in Browser.

To open Outlook 2010 and 2013 Emails in Web Browser:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Open the email that you want to open in the Web Browser.
3. Click on the Actions > View in Browser from the drop-down menu.

The email will get displayed on the Web browser.

To open Outlook 2007 Emails in Web Browser:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Open the email that you want to open in the Web Browser.
3. Click on Other Actions menu from the toolbar.
4. In the drop-down menu of Other Actions, select View in Browser option.
5. A pop-up windows appears with a warning message regarding security. Click OK.

The email will get displayed on the Web browser.

To open Outlook 2003 and older versions Emails in Web Browser:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Select the email you want to view in the web browser and open in a separate window.
3. Open View menu and select View in Internet Zone.
4. In the Alert box that appears, click Yes.

• Navigate to Control Panel option from the Start menu.
• In the Control Panel, click Appearance and Personalization option.
• On the left pane, click Programs.

• In the Choose the programs that Windows uses by default window, click Set your default programs option.
• Wait for the process to finish. A list of programs appears on the left pane. Select your desired web browser e.g. Google Chrome.
• Click Set this program as default option.
• Click OK to finish.
