- Let’s log in to Office 365.
- Click on Outlook by clicking on Outlook Web App.
- Then click on Help, followed by About.
- Inside the About page, find out the Mailbox server name and hostname and note them down.

- Click on Start < Control Panel < Mail.
- Select Show Profile < Add.
- Give a profile name, and then click the OK

- Ensure that Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal name in their certificate box is also selected, followed by typing msstd: outlook.com.
- Click On fast networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP to select this check box, then on slow network, select Connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP/IP
- Select Basic Authentication under Proxy Authentication
- Click two times on
- Check the NAMES of the server and user name and then proceed further.
