Save in PST

Select the Export Option as PST to save the recovered Exchange Server EDB file data into MS Outlook PST file format. To save the recovered data in PST file format, perform the steps as given below:

1. After the recovered data is enlisted in the left pane, click Export and select the Save to PST – Mailbox Save as Outlook PST file option.
2. Click Browse to select the destination path where you want to save the mailbox data.
3. Let the Split PST checkbox unchecked if you do not want to split the PST file and create a single PST file.
4. Select Split PST option if you want to split the PST file after a particular size.

   Default-selected split PST file size is 1 GB that you can change as per your requirement.

   Available PST file split options are from 1 to 9 GB.

   
5. Click Save Data to proceed with conversion of EDB file in PST file format.

   Note: The demo/trial version will only export first 30 emails from each folders.

   
6. Click OK, the software starts the email conversion process.
7. The software displays the Progress Status along with details on Folder Path, Found Items, and Saved Items.
